Letitia is a accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in human services. She has served as Police Chief and Director of Public Safety in Southeast Michigan for 15 years and has received various commendations and awards, including a Professional Excellence Commendation from the Pontiac Police Department. Letitia holds a Master of Ministry Studies and an MBA and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership. In addition to her impressive career, Letitia is also an esteemed children's book author and a certified personal development and professional leadership coach. She brings a wealth of expertise to her clients and has worked with institutions to offer strategic planning, leadership coaching, and stress management to enhance the safety of college learning spaces.
