Consultant, Coach & Trainer, Author, Strategic Planner and thriving Entrepreneur. Letitia has twenty-five years of experience working with cultural and socio-economic backgrounds in various human service roles. In her 20-year law enforcement career, fifteen years were in an executive leadership position as Police Chief and Director of Public Safety of the largest and most comprehensive Catholic university in Michigan.
Letitia received a service commendation for “Professional Excellence” from the Pontiac Police Department for her role in the safe apprehension of burglary suspects after officers came under gun fire. She received a human service award for “Professional Service”, while an advocate for a Welfare to Work Program in Highland Park Michigan. In 2002, she was inducted into the International Who’s Who Historical Society for “Professional Management”.
Letitia has dedicated her time to helping others through volunteer service with Wayne State University and University of Detroit Mercy, mentoring at-risk minority college students preparing for their college to career transition.
Her years of police experience continues to inspire her to give back in a special way, supporting programs of children in foster care as well children of incarcerated parents.

As the first woman of color to hold the position of Police Chief with University of Detroit Mercy, she elected to retired in January 2017 to focus on her passion, connecting with people who are seeking a positive shift to step into their personal and professional vision and promote safer communities.
As an Indie author, Letitia published the first in a series of children’s books, “Fruit in the Garden Clubhouse”, drawing upon her Master of Ministry Studies degree Cum Laude, from Grace College & Theological Seminary in IN, Master of Business Administration degree from University of Phoenix in MI and Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Wayne State University in MI. She applies her love for the Lord, experience as a police officer and her academic achievements to create a biblical storyline for young learners and children battling a life-threatening illness.
As a career and leadership coach, strategic planner, author, facilitator and cancer survivor, she is intentional to blend her experience, academic attainment and forward looking approach to provide her clients with the space to listen to their heart to live in their desired outcome.
Letitia studied at Coaching 4 Clergy and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), established to set coaching standards and accreditation requirements.
